What this program includes

Weekly 2-hour Live Calls led by Ana

Join us live each week for a two-hour session combining educational content, experiential practices, discussion, and space to connect.

These calls offer a powerful opportunity to be seen, heard, and supported in real time.

Can’t make it live? No problem. All sessions are recorded and available to you for 2 full years, so you can revisit and integrate the teachings at your own pace.

Weekly Themes

Understand the “why” behind your experience. These sessions explore key concepts including:

Are there any live calls? What time zone are they?

8 Weekly sessions and all sessions will be recorded.

What if I cant attend the live call?

Our weekly session consist of experiential, active learning as well as Q&A where you can get specific questions answered. A summary will be provided upon each session to support weekly integration and access to video recordings with a 2 year life time access.

I am experiencing financial hardship, is there any support?

I understand the importance of accessibility and strive to ensure that financial constraints never hinder your personal growth by offering flexible payment plans tailored to suit your needs.
