Bienvenidxs, I’m Ana.
I’m a somatic therapist, mentor and ceremonial guide, and it warms my heart that you are here.
For the past 12 years, my work has centred around supporting people across community, embodied and therapeutic spaces, with trauma-informed becoming the foundation of how I work.
Alongside this path, I have spent the past nine years apprenticing with plant medicines and learning within ceremonial and earth-based traditions.
Today, my work brings these worlds together through somatic therapy, mentoring and ceremony — with a deep commitment to listening, safety, integrity and meeting what emerges.
